Let the countdown begin...

Well, I've only been here a month, and I'm already planning on taking leave. I'm planning on coming home early june, for at least 2 weeks. I should be able to, but it's too early to find out. I'm already way too excited to come home, it's not for another 6 months. I'm aleady working on planning stuff for when I get home. Hopefully it all works out.

I got promoted yesterday. A week earlier than my promotion date. If I would have been inprocessed faster, I would have gotten it even sooner. So I'm a big PV2 now (E-2). Got my mosquito wings. lol. Still pretty insignificant, but at least I don't have people asking me if I'm fresh out of basic training, or if I got into trouble. And it's another $100 a month, so you can't go wrong with that. I should make PFC in no time. They love me here and all they want to do is promote me. I think my section leader is already working on getting me a waiver so I can get it pretty shortly. That would be pretty sweet. I need to start managing my money... I buy too much crap that I don't need. Gotta start saving up for my plane ticket home and back!
