Glorious Work!

Yet another day off spent at work! Foop this ish! I'm so frikin tired of having to work on my scheduled days off. They always tell me that they're going to make it up for me, but all they've done is take away days from me. Now we've got a new supervisor, and she thinks she's some hardass, so I'll probably never get those days back. Now it's back to working 12 hours shifts too with 2 people on duty. It's absolutely ridiculous how this place works. It's pointless enough for one person working here, but it's just absurd to put 2 people on for 12 hours.

Anyways... I've been finding out that it's going to be pretty pricey for me to come home. So far it looks like at least $1000. We'll find out in a few months. Today has been the first day that our supervisor has been working. She has no clue as to what's going on, but she's already trying to run things and make changes to things that don't need to be changed. We now have to check EVERYBODY to see if they have a badge to get onto the flight line. I must say, this is the only part of the job that I've taken satisfaction. Some of the officers or NCOs forget their badges then get PISSED because they can't get in. It's always fun when you get to be an ass to someone who is a higher rank. The best part is the ones that think the gate is unlocked, then when they try to go through, they smack their face on the bars because it won't open. Yeah... I enjoy that part. LOL.
